In my review of myself I viewed myself like an 8 total. I score myself now like a 9 because I still have to do work on the spiritual side of myself. My score has changed just a little bit I think. It went up one point because I started to work on my spiritual well-being. Yes I have made progress toward my goals by working out more doing meditation and trying more things to get my spiritual side right. Yes, I implemented the gym more for my physical side, therapist foe my psychological side for my anger, and meditation for my spiritual area. Overall in this course I learned a lot about dealing with stress. This class helped me develop my well-being better for my health. The rewarding part is that I have become a little less stressed with dealing with things. The thing that has been difficult is acknowledging the things I didn't want to work on to make me better as a person. By showing people their are different ways to improve yourself than just taking medicine all the time. You use different alternatives that can heal you without the medicine that you will probably get addicted too.

Health
and wellness professionals must develop their minds and bodies in order to be
considered a legitimate health care professional.
There are so many benefits of physical fitness and wellness plans and people of all ages and both genders can receive profits from such programs so as to help them to sustain a higher quality of life. The most important benefit for health care professionals in relation to physical fitness and spiritual/mental wellness is the ability in the growth of a positive attitude that can help people see in general life’s potential and to work for their accomplishment so as to make their life personally satisfying and gratifying. Personally, I need to develop my stress management in order to achieve the optimal wellness I want.
For us to assess our health in each domain, we must have and understanding of how we translate our optimal health by our own standards. Those six dimensions of wellness are the intellectual, emotional, physical, social, occupational, and spiritual. From this we can begin to assess our scores. Let’s just say, on a scale from one to ten. I believe that my overall spirituality would be a 8. I grew up in a Christian home and have been spiritual since I was 10 years old, as I understood it to be. Physically, I would also rate myself as a 10 because I do take care of my body as if I take care of my very own prized possession. Nutritionally speaking and physically, as I am an avid healthy eater. Psychologically, I have some walls in dealing with stress on a regular basis. Therefore, a stronger base of meditation is needed.
As far as strategies to improve overall wellness in terms of physical, psychological and spiritual aspect, a basic understanding of the integral health is required. For the physical wellness, maintenance over a period of time is required. “Exercise also releases hormones, such as endorphins, and helps a person feel more energized, says Dr. Patricia Davidson, cardiologist at Washington Hospital Center in Northwest” (Washington Times). Continuing on a path of consistently sound nutrition and exercise is a key here.
Spiritual aspects of maintenance are necessary, but it may vary. Spirituality may range from prayer, to meditation through different forms or even inner reflection. The psychologically, training the mind to withstand daily stressful challenges here are key.
Overall, to know whether these methods are effective or not, we simply look at any given situation. Has it changed, or has it remained the same. This may be gauged over a period of time and can be evaluated every month or so until the set amount of months limit has been reached. One of the best ways to track your progress is to simply write it down. When we write things down, we tend to release our thoughts from the mind. In turn, our minds do not become as cluttered and we are able to think more freely as things are made easier to process.
Spiritual, physical and psychological wellness is the breathing life in perfect balance within our body, mind and spirit. It’s an understanding that we are spiritual beings - having a human experience, rather than a human being having occasional spiritual feeling.

I think the meditation and visualization is the two that works for me. I use the meditation practice at home to lessen the stress I have to deal with work. I go to my garage and just relax and meditate for like twenty to thirty minutes. I use the visualization practice also for work to deal with my peers who are talking about getting certain things done but they don't and want to come to me to tell me to do it. In situations like that I visualize what the consequence will be if I get to angry and react from an emotional standpoint. I look at them half the time and tell them to do it themselves and stop being lazy. I am not going to do your work and mines also so the visualization technique helps out a lot. When using the meditation practice when craziness goes on at work or just dealing with people. Sometimes I use this method after working out also to calm my muscles and body I just enjoy the workout I just accomplished.

With the comparison part of the two is that they both try to help you relax and have better control of your emotions. The contrast between them is the subtle mind deals with you breathing which you can take with you anywhere and with the loving kindness which deals with listening to something that helps you relax. With the subtle mind I use this on a daily basis to help me relax and stay more calm. I really don't like the love-kindness routine with listening to things to help me relax. Spiritual wellness I believe connects all three mind, body, and spirit. With your spiritual wellness in tact you will be able to have better understanding of things around you and being able to control things around you also. With spiritual wellness your mind and body becomes more healthy and stable. It has helped stay calmer and less angry in my daily life. My spiritual wellness has made me more in tuned with myself from a clear mind standpoint.

I really didn't like it that much because I have been through those exercises with my therapists. It was beneficial for me just a little bit. I believe it can help people who have a time with relaxing. This process could help them alleviate stress through the video or sounds through the exercise. A mental workout is a exercise that you do to calm yourself and release some of the stress you have cluttered in your mind in order to feel more relaxed. A group of doctors have came up with the data showing that if we take time to meditate during the day just for a short period of time that we will feel a little better physical and mentally. By implementing mental workouts I believe your psychological part of yourself will be better for the spiritual side for yourself.

Your well-bbeing rate
I am pretty good in my physical well-being area just a little out shape but still able to run my two mile pretty well and push-ups and sit-ups for the army. My spiritual well-being could be a little better when I find a church to attend since moving to a new area. Well my psychological well-being is good since talking with a therapists about past events in my life. Overall I think my well-being is around a 8 and the reason is because I am actually pretty good at maintaining my healthy eating habits and exercising. I want to be in better shape I want to be able to run my two mile in 9 minutes. In my spiritual side I want to be able to have more inner peace. My psychological side I want to be less angry toward people. I think meditating more or doing more breathing exercises can help me be more calm. I think it was frustrating for me because we do these exercises in resilience training and it frustrates me to hear it again.

Living A long Life
In our society we deal and handle a enormous amount of stress. In order to deal with that stress we need to take time out of our schedule to do breathing exercises or a deep meditation to relax our body and mind. When we accomplish this we will have less stress to deal with and accomplish our duties with a positive attitude.
