In my review of myself I viewed myself like an 8 total. I score myself now like a 9 because I still have to do work on the spiritual side of myself. My score has changed just a little bit I think. It went up one point because I started to work on my spiritual well-being. Yes I have made progress toward my goals by working out more doing meditation and trying more things to get my spiritual side right. Yes, I implemented the gym more for my physical side, therapist foe my psychological side for my anger, and meditation for my spiritual area. Overall in this course I learned a lot about dealing with stress. This class helped me develop my well-being better for my health. The rewarding part is that I have become a little less stressed with dealing with things. The thing that has been difficult is acknowledging the things I didn't want to work on to make me better as a person. By showing people their are different ways to improve yourself than just taking medicine all the time. You use different alternatives that can heal you without the medicine that you will probably get addicted too.
