I really didn't like it that much because I have been through those exercises with my therapists. It was beneficial for me just a little bit. I believe it can help people who have a time with relaxing. This process could help them alleviate stress through the video or sounds through the exercise. A mental workout is a exercise that you do to calm yourself and release some of the stress you have cluttered in your mind in order to feel more relaxed. A group of doctors have came up with the data showing that if we take time to meditate during the day just for a short period of time that we will feel a little better physical and mentally. By implementing mental workouts I believe your psychological part of yourself will be better for the spiritual side for yourself.

  1. I found the sounds of the ocean to be more relaxing than to be able to control and feel love and kindness. I think that truly experiencing and feeling love and kindness is to act it out in the real world. Helping others is a good way to understand and experience such feelings and emotions. Thinking about other people's suffering is not a way for me to relax and feeling love and kindness. I think loving on my children and snuggling up with my husband at night are ways to feel them.
